Chocolate Chips Cookies

Since there're many requests for chocolate chips cookies. Here you go

Ingredients:

1 bowl and 1 tablespoon of flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

1/4 bowl of brown sugar

1/2 bowl of white sugar

1 stick of butter

1 large egg

1 bowl of chocolate chips

Process:

◦ Beat butter until fluffy white.

◦ Add in white sugar and brown sugar, beat for 3 minutes

◦ Pour in egg and vanilla essence, beat for another 2 minutes

◦ Mix in flour, baking soda and baking powder

◦ Add in all the chocolate chips

◦ Make the cookies batter into any shape that you like by using spoon or piping. 

。Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 160°C

。Send cookies batter into the oven

。Bake for 15 minutes at 160 °C

Do not upset if you don't have an oven, you can actually try the other method to bake your cookies.

Park under hot sun and let it bake by the hot temperature. Your car will be full of cookies smell.

This is the result of my cookies. You can actually decorate your cookies with marshmallow on top.

After the cookies is done, place marshmallow on top and bake it for 10 mins at 170 °.C. If your oven is very hot, then 5 mins is enough. Marshmallow creates a very chewy and sticky texture. Strongly recommend! ;)
